Booking Reservations
Reservations are made online.
Please send in a Reservation Form after checking out our Room Vacancy.

Check In/Check Out Times
- Regular check in time: 1pm-9pm
- Late night check in: Generally until 10pm (Additional $20 -paid along with lodging fee)
- Please contact us beforehand, if for any reason, you happen to be checking in after 10pm *additional fee will be $30 from 10pm-11pm, $40 from 11pm-12pm, $50 from midnight
- The check out time is at 11am
- Generally, our staff will not be working full-time
- Please tell us your flight info, and check in time within a week of your check in
- Please tell us beforehand if you wish to leave your luggage with us before check in or after check out
Cancellations
Cancellation fees will be charged when you cancel/change/reduce the plan.
We will only charge your credit card for cancellation fees.
For customers who stay less than 15 nights:
- 30% of the full price will be charged if canceled 8 to 14 days prior to your check-in date.
- 50% of the full price will be charged if canceled 4 to 7 days prior to your check-in date.
- The full price will be charged if you cancel during the last 3 days prior to your check-in date.
- The full price will also be charged if you make no cancellations and fail to appear on your check-in date.
- We will not charge your credit card if you cancel more than 14 days prior to your check-in date
For customers who stay from 15 nights to 29 nights:
- 30% of the full price will be charged if canceled 11 to 21 days prior to your check-in date.
- 50% of the full price will be charged if canceled 6 to 10 days prior to your check-in date.
- The full price will be charged if you cancel during the last 5 days prior to your check-in date.
- The full price will also be charged if you make no cancellations and fail to appear on your check-in date.
- We will not charge your credit card if you cancel more than 21 days prior to your check-in date
For customers who stay more than 30 nights:
- 30% of the full price will be charged if canceled 15 to 35 days prior to your check-in date.
- 50% of the full price will be charged if canceled 8 to 14 days prior to your check-in date.
- The full price will be charged if you cancel during the last 7 days prior to your check-in date.
- The full price will also be charged if you make no cancellations and fail to appear on your check-in date.
- We will not charge your credit card if you cancel more than 35 days prior to your check-in date
Payment Methods and Tax
- The payment is made at time of check-in.
- We accept cash (only USD) or traveler’s check as payment.
- We accept credit cards(VISA or MASTER CARD), but we do not accept bank checks.
- Tax is excluded for all of our indicated room prices.
Credit Cards
We will be asking for your credit card information as an assurance for cancellation fees when you make your reservation. *We will not use your credit card information for anything but cancellation fees.
Season Prices
Prices will be $5 higher than the regular prices for each person during these times: April 28~May 5, August 10~September 15, December 20~January 5.
