General Questions
Q. How is an apartment hotel different from a regular hotel?
A. You will be staying in an apartment room. The building will be structurally different (I.e., it will not have a front desk)
Q. What does the floor plan like?
A. We will have one unit on the second floor, one unit and one common room on the third floor, and one unit on the fourth floor. Each unit consists of one large room(L private), a small room (S private), and one bathroom.
Q. Is there a curfew?
A. No
Q. Will the staff help me when I need them?
A. Yes. They will not be working full-time but they will be here for cleaning (around 11am-3pm) and check-ins. You can leave comments and/or questions on the white board in the common room.
Q. Can I smoke in the room?
A. No. Smoking is not allowed in the building. Smoking is generally prohibited in buildings.
Q. Are the stairs steep?
A. No. They are not steep but they are not very wide either. We suggest you don’t bring overly large luggage.
Reservations
Q. I don’t have a credit card. Do I need one?
A. We will need valid credit card information at the time of booking your reservation. It is only for our assurance for cancellations. It does not have to be your credit card as long as it is valid.
Q. Can I stay for long periods of time?
A. Yes, that is possible.
Q. Will there be a discount if I plan to stay for a long time?
A. Yes, we have. Please contact us if you plan to stay for a long time.
Rooms and Accommodation
Q. How many people are sharing one bathroom?
A. Up to 7 for a Large Private and Small Private combination. There will be an extra bathroom at the common room.
Q. Are there dormitories?
A. No.
Q. Can I bring over friends that are not booked to my room?
A. No.
Q. Will internet be available?
A. Yes. There will be a pc connected to the internet in each room.
Q. Can I use my own laptop?
A. Yes. Just plug in the Ethernet cable to your computer if you want to use the internet. Internet will be free.
Q. Do you have telephones for use? Is it free?
A. Yes. We have a phone for lodgers to use in the common room. Domestic phone calls will be free.
Q. Do you have towels?
A. Yes. We will have one bath towel for each individual. Please leave your towel at the specified area by 1pm for Towel Changes.
※We prefer you re-using the towels before towel changes.
Q. Is there anything we should bring that you will not have at the hotel?
A. We will not have smaller-sized towels or umbrellas. We will have vacuums and irons for use.

Q. Do you arrange rides from the airport to the hotel and back?
A. Yes, we can arrange limos at a lower price than regular taxi rides (don‘t forget tip). Just make sure you ask us beforehand (tell us on the comments section on the booking form or at least two to three days before check out).
